Brother Bao Seafood Restaurant

(04) 2260-9642
90, YongHe St, South Dist
Hours: 5 pm-1 am

Located opposite Nanping Park, this seafood restaurant is operated by twin brothers and serves a range of fresh seafood and meat dishes. The relaxing setting is favored by office workers as they savor selections from a menu that includes stir-fried, seafood, noodle and rice entrees. These include the crunchy and soft textured Stir-Fried Water Lilies with Scrambled Eggs (NT$120) and aromatic, spicy Pepper Sea Shells (NT$250) that pair well with some alcohol. Among other dishes are the golden-hued Gong Pao Fried Bread Sticks (NT$100), which are crispy and not over-flavored; a succulent, tender Teppanyaki Beef (NT$300), made with New Zealand fillet mignon; and the fresh, juicy Goose Meat Dish, strongly recommended for anyone who enjoys eating goose. The reasonable prices and free rice make this eatery appealing for group dining. Also be aware that some popular dishes should be ordered beforehand. --By Melody, translated by Anna Yang
