Le Rouge

(04) 2382-7057
6, Lane 56, YongChun S Rd, Nantun Dist
Hours: 11:30 am-9 pm (closed Tue)

The overall decor theme at this burger restaurant is British industrial style and refined decorations can be seen in every corner. The business was opened by a group of like-minded friends motivated by creativity and the desire to make delicious burgers that make an impression. Burger patties are prepared with Prime beef chuck ground and hand-patted at the shop. These are topped with French-style stir-fried onions and cheese in the tasty burgers, served with salad and pickles on the side. The Classic Beef Burger (NT$270) is unbeatable while the tender, thick Spicy Satan Burger (NT$320) is prepared with chilis, wild pepper, Sichuan peppercorns and squid ink, and pairs perfectly with aromatic sesame leaf. The Smoked Burger (NT$320) is grilled with cherry wood for amazing flavors. Drinks include lattes, Coke and craft beer (NT$90-150) and there are excellent appetizers also available. Check in on Facebook to enjoy a free order of french fries. --By Niang Chen, translated by Anna Yang
