(04) 2235-2267
124, XingJin Rd, North Dist
Hours: 6:30 pm-3 am

The decorations here give this restaurant a very strong Aboriginal vibe and include, to the left of the entrance, an acoustic guitar and tribal outfits for customers wanting to cheer things up by singing and playing guitar. Various grilled dishes and authentic Aboriginal cuisine here include items like Pigeon Pea and Pork Rib Soup (NT$350), a Grilled Plate with pork, bacon with scallions, tofu, lamb, chicken and beef (NT$199), Roast Chicken (NT$350), Bamboo Rice (NT$70), Grilled Fish with Salt (NT$300), delicious with specialty hand-prepared chillis, Betal Palm Dish (NT$250), crispy, chewy Pork Skin (NT$250), and Jinafu (NT$60), an appetizing entree prepared with pork, millet and snails, wrapped in Nicandra leaf and steamed. Among drinks are beers (NT$80-150) and handmade, sweet-tasting Millet Liquor (NT$300/bottle) enjoyed with crushed ice, plus other soft drinks (NT$45-60). Seating here is limited so calling ahead for reservations is suggested. --Words and translation by Anna Yang
