The Korean-style chicken (about 1 kg.) sold here is simmered with natural ingredients like onions, scallions and ginger before a vegetable soup stock is added. The chicken is not at all greasy and is a good item for sharing with others, with the Whole Chicken Meal (NT$700) perfect for 2-3 diners. Chicken is cut into pieces after cooking and customers can enjoy it with garlic sesame pepper seasoning, miso sauce and Korean kimchi. The provided chicken soup is made with potatoes, rice cakes and king oyster mushrooms, and a highlight is mixing leftover soup with rice to create a savory congee (for NT$60 extra) with added ingredients such as seaweed and eggs. The complimentary side dishes include all-you-can-eat kimchi and shredded cabbage, plus an a la carte selection (NT$20-60) of thick noodles, rice, rice cakes, seaweed, eggs, and potatoes. --By Niang Chen, translated by Carol Dong
