Located
directly behind Sogo II and World Gym, Peggy's Circle
Bar 2 is well known for it's late hours and friendly
service and, when it is time to wash down one of their
excellent burgers, ask popular bartender Tinna* for
one of her fine concoctions. With her pretty trademark
smile, she is quick to suggest the Caribbean, a slightly
tart, slight sweet bright green drink that brings to
mind a much needed vacation to a tropical island.
Ingredients:
* 6 oz. Orange Juice
* 2 oz. Vodka
* 2.5 oz. Blue Curacao
* 4 oz. Pineapple Juice
* Ice
* Maraschino Cherry
Directions:
Add orange juice. Fill glass half full with ice. Add
vodka and Blue Curacao.Fill remainder of glass or measure
out 4 oz. of pineapple juice. Garnish with Maraschino
Cherry. |
