Cocktail: Vanilla Vodka Root Beer Paralyzer

The Dive has been stayin' alive on original and refreshing drink concoctions for years now. Because it is an open-air bar, it relies on shade, air flow and really cold drinks to keep its customers cool. One drink which has helped Dive-goers chill out, and is only available at The Dive, is the Spiked "Bellini", a line of drinks that can take many flavors and styles, but is always icy-slush goodness. They also have real Caesars with real Clamato (clam and tomato juice) and tons of other drinks from NT$100 to NT$150. So come chill out with Sway, have a burger and experiment with the dozens of cold drinks at The Dive.

Ingredients:
1 oz Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz Kahlua
2 oz Dad's Root Beer
2 oz Milk

Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice, then add vanilla vodka and Kahlua. Next, pour in the root beer and slowly layer milk on top. Be careful when placing the straw in as to not ruin the layers for presentation. Stir before drinking.

 

Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited for those under 18.
