A. H Bar's interior includes red curtains, velvet walls and seats and white marble bar, illuminated with an LED glow that shifts through the color spectrum.

B. Among 29 cocktails (from NT$220) are two NT$400 inventions by Bartender Alice that both make use of Beefeater "24" super-premium gin--the Gene Assam, with Sun Moon Lake Assam tea and strawberry liqueur, and the Knight Gin, with fresh orange juice and Lady Earl Grey tea steeped in gin, and red peach/passion fruit syrup bottom layer.

H BarC. Food choices include the Gratin Hamburger Steak and Mozzarella Cheese (NT$380), Gratin Snails with Mushrooms (NT$200), and creative Japanese-style Mixed Natto Marlin Cuttlefish Egg Yolk with Scallion Soy Sauce and Seaweed (NT$360).
