Look For Central Yoga Taichung for class schedule

This international yoga studio can accommodate students from all levels--from beginners to experienced--with classes taught in Japanese, English or Mandarin. Certified yoga instructors Mark and Janice teach Vinyasa flow and alignment based Hatha yoga. Located near SOGO Department Store, the studio is different from yoga classes at gyms as it can customize lessons to suit students with body issues or accommodate groups (such as men's classes) for a more enjoyable experience. Instructors are also experienced in using props such as bolsters, blocks, straps, belts or chairs to facilitate better learning and help students who are older or have injuries. Check the Facebook page for class schedules, or call for consultations to arrange private lessons. --Words and translated by S. Ying
