At first glance, Fraitalia looks like a high-class boutique with its wooden doors and beautiful windows. Inside, there is comfortable decor and the fragrant aroma of brewing coffee. Here, the coffee bar is the center of attention. Every step required to make a great cup of coffee, starting from the grinding of beans, is done in the open to emphasize that coffee is not just a drink but, rather, a work of art.
In addition to coffee, there is a wide variety of ices and teas available. All beverages are priced under NT$100. Moreover, Fraitalia is the central Taiwan distributor of MONIN syrup, the designated brand of the International Cocktail Association. MONIN syrup is added to some of Fraitalia's beverages for a unique drinking experience.--by Rita Lin
