This dessert resembles a variation of chiffon cake, but has an even softer texture. Made with ice cream and a cream milk filling from Hokkaido, Japan, its texture is smooth, refreshing, and best savored after freezing, when the enjoyable ice cream puff-like texture can be enjoyed to its fullest.

This tasty collection of tea snacks is completely created by hand, and is a specialty snack made without the use of any cooking oil or water. Created with 45% trehalose instead of white sugar, it has fewer calories and isn't overwhelmingly sweet. These snacks come in various flavors, such as mashed green bean, mocha (Japanese green tea), and mashed red bean, and are best enjoyed after being refrigerated for a while. As the texture is much like ice cream, wait for three to five minutes before taking your first bite to enjoy this classy Eastern-style dessert, with a smooth texture that will melt in your mouth like snow. Price: NT$350 for a box of 12.
