This uniquely-attractive light-dining spot on LiMing Road near XiTun Road resembles a fairytale residence of sorts, featuring all kinds of surprises, knickknacks and gift products. The owner has experience in the art design industry, and you can enjoy some foods and a tea as you also shop for little gifts. Everything you see here is the work of local Taiwanese artists and includes delicate necklaces, crystal earrings, train models, soap, cellphone cases and desk items. According to the owner, some of these items have even won international creativity competitions.

Besides the gift products, customers also enjoy the romantic atmosphere. On the table you'll see two gift boxes containing papers tied together with ribbons. This is actually the menu and the owner hopes that the guests will feel the excitement of opening a gift as they peruse it. Listed there are both hot and cold drinks (NT$50-90), including black teas, milk teas, Calpis drinks, fruit teas, coffees, and Logan with Chinese Jujube Tea. You can order a teapot of hot flower tea (NT$150) on a cold day together with a light entree. The Beef Burger (NT$145) is for those who are really starving. The Taiwanese Sausage Burger (NT$145) is made with red yeast sausage, while the Chicken Drumstick Burger (NT$190) features a basil bun packed with a roasted drumstick, stir-fried onions and shredded lettuce.

There is a daily 2-5 p.m. teatime and, you're welcome to come and surf the Internet or read magazines and newspapers whenever you want. Whether you visit to pick out a present for a friend or just have a cup of tea, you'll almost certainly find Fulfil to be an enjoyable, pleasant place. Given its popularity, please remember to make a reservation to ensure you have a table.
