A. Cranberry Bread (NT$60) contains orange peel, various grains and soy milk while the moist, soft Yoghurt Cake (NT$55) includes cheddar cheese and is made with traditional European techniques. Customers like the Parmesan Cheesecake's (NT$65) mixed salty-sweet, cheesy texture. Cheese Pudding (NT$75), topped with a layer of crispy caramel, offers a not-overly-sweet flavor in a plump, round package.
