Filled with the fragrance of roasting premium Arabica coffee beans, Cashindoor offers guests meticulously-brewed single-origin and specially-blended coffees (NT$79-100), together with a rotating daily selection of fresh-baked breads and cakes. This, together the shop's unique style and personality, make it an appealing new destination along Taichung's Art Museum Parkway. --By Uvia Chang, translated by Courtney Donovan Smith

A. Cranberry Bread (NT$60) contains orange peel, various grains and soy milk while the moist, soft Yoghurt Cake (NT$55) includes cheddar cheese and is made with traditional European techniques. Customers like the Parmesan Cheesecake's (NT$65) mixed salty-sweet, cheesy texture. Cheese Pudding (NT$75), topped with a layer of crispy caramel, offers a not-overly-sweet flavor in a plump, round package.

B. Blowing Bubble Coffee (NT$139), a very unique pairing of sparkling mineral water and coffee, is a fun concoction, pictured here with Cafe Brule (NT$99/medium).

CashindoorC. A cozy nook here is perfect for some leisurely relaxation, perhaps with a book.
