Owners John and Frank, both from the tech field, have partnered to create this already-popular ice creamery. With a two-floor fashionable space and innovative ice cream-making techniques, they cooperate with local farmers and use fresh seasonal fruit, high-grade milk and other ingredients to produce dense, delicate, natural fruit-flavored ice cream that makes an impression. As John notes, creating safe, healthy products is a priority, so their ice cream does not have any chemicals, including edible artificial colors, emulsifiers, stabilizers and cream. A. Frajo offers yogurt and Italian, American and Japanese style ice creams with flavors such as Papaya Milk, Soft Taro, Honey Yogurt, and Green Apple Yogurt--all quite addictive.
B. Using about 15 strawberries to make, this fresh, richly strawberry flavored ice cream is a seasonal treat that melts in your mouth. Also pictured (back) is the Pumpkin ice cream and Orange Yogurt ice cream.
