Husband/wife owners Ryan and Kelly are passionate about offering the best to their customers. Selecting beans, soaking, grinding, cooking, filtering into a bowl of tofu pudding--each step is carefully executed and done in-house to ensure food quality and safety. Besides the top-quality tofu pudding, ingredients like taro balls, sweet balls, sweet beans, peanuts and even sweet soups are all handmade and prepared with no added chemicals. For those with a sweet tooth, this place is a must-try and there are often new menu items such as winter-only desserts. --By Marlene Luo, translated by S. Ying

A. Tofu Pudding with Peanuts (NT$40) is a classic choice here that comes with peanuts that melt in your mouth after being prepared for hours.

B. Taro Balls Ice #1 (NT$50) features handmade taro balls and many other ingredients that offer a delicious mix of textures in each bowl.
