Featuring a foosball table, four electronic dart game consoles, and second-floor seating, Mark Darts and Cafe is certainly a laid-back, relaxing, and fun hang-out. Satisfying combo meal options (NT$120-150) include toast, sub sandwiches with hot dogs or bacon, bagels, and "target muffins". A good selection of specialty drinks includes Italian sodas (NT$100) with five different flavor choices, lattes (NT$90) and milk tea (NT$80). There are also a couple specialty beers, such as Orion Draft from Okinawa (NT$90) and two flavors of Swedish bottled Rekorderlig cider for the ladies. --By Beth Dietrich, translated by Anna Yang
