Overture surprises you with different desserts on different days. If you prefer fruity desserts, the Mango Tart (NT$105) is a good option. With a yogurt base and mangoes from Pingtung county, it is both sweet and sour. The Mixed Berry Tart (NT$125) produced in limited quantities is made with raspberries, blueberries and blackberries, and its vanilla custard filling goes perfectly with the crispy cookie base. The recommended Matcha Cheesecake (NT$135) is created with matcha powder from Japan and butter cream from France that give it rich cream-cheese and tea flavors, while the sweet and bitter Matcha Tart (NT$120) is a mix of matcha and Valrhona white chocolate.
