This place allows you to taste the world in a pot of tea, as Taiwan's famed teas are mixed with all sort of elements--part of the owner's dream of offering unique, creative teas. A cup of fresh, caffeine-free Taiwanese tea is simply made by mixing 2.5 grams of tea leaves with 150cc of hot water (92 degree Celcius). A tea set and hourglass timer assists perfectly-timed tea-making. Customers can also choose to add a dash of the Bailey's Irish Cream, XO brandy, or Polish vodka provided at the seating bar to oolong or black teas. Impressive Taiwanese tea concoctions include the Flowering Fruit Tea, Tea Latte and Tea Cocktail, and there are also creative drinks like cold-brewed oolong sodas (NT$85-180) plus various coffees (NT$85-120) and homemade desserts (NT$45-185). --By Niang Chen, translated by Yinno Yeh
