This recently opened restaurant serves all types of curried rice, including dishes from Northern India that are more delicately flavored by comparison. For starters, try the Bombay Curry Shrimp (NT$200) with tomatoes and cashew nuts. Follow up with Kashmir Yogurt Chicken (NT$150), the most popular item on the menu, featuring chicken thighs marinated in a blend of spices and deep-fried, and topped with a luscious yogurt curry sauce. "Veggans" will enjoy the Indian Vegetarian Plate (NT$150) heaped with all kinds of colorful vegetables in season, and garnished with carrots, sweet bell peppers and broccoli.--By Josephine Lin
