Sichuan spicy hot pot is well-known and popular among the local crowd. However, the younger generation of customers don't tend to know much about the appeal of Hunan cuisine, which is also known for being very spicy. Ten Ten Pop Hunan Restaurant presents not only the fragrant spices of Hunan dishes, but also introduces a more exquisite side to these traditional delicacies. Chefs at Ten Ten take special care in adjusting the temperature of their woks, as well as adding the exact amount of spices, in order to bring out the best flavors in their cooking. As a result, they have a very good reputation. With this new branch, it's easier than ever to experience this excellent eatery. --By Josie Wu, translated by Ann Lee

A. A la carte Peppery Pettitoes (NT$300) features tempting flavors with lots of red peppers. Besides Fried Green Chilis with Fermented Black Beans (NT$180), Steak Cubes and Rice Cakes with Pine Nuts (NT$280) is a good choice when you need a break from the spices.
B. Steamed Chinese Cabbage with Smoked Pork (NT$320). This is a great dish that wraps Taiwanese sausages and smoked Hunan pork in crispy Chinese cabbage.
