Very much resembling the Taiwanese-style tea lounge culture; tea restaurants are a speciality in Hong Kong where everyone from upper society to blue collar workers hang out and is a good portrayal of Hong Kong's swift lifestyle. These tea restaurants have established themselves in the streets of Taipei lately; however, the quality and standards are uneven, but Tian Xia Tea Restuarant has won the approval of Hong Kong locals in Taiwan. --By Josie Wu, translated by Ann Lee

A. Presented by a chef with a strong ChaoZhou cuisine background is the Assorted Boiled Platter (NT$220), those who know what's what will not miss the great combination of Goose Blood, Goose Meat Slices, Boiled Intestines & Tofu.
B. Fried Rice Noodle Roll with XO Sauce (NT$110), Fried Mince Pork with Vegetable Rice (NT$130) and Three Silk Saute Japanese Udon (NT$110), are popular dishes. Their creativity can be seen through the selection of dishes served like the Hong Kong Style Bibimba (Stone Pot Rice, NT$150-180), which can only be tasted here.
