with only 32 seats inside. Its relaxing and easy-going
atmosphere adds a personal touch for the guests.

having. Kanpai is particular about the ingredients
served to its patrons, so they insist on not using
frozen beef at all. Instead, chefs wait until
the meats are at proper room temperature, then
handle them piece by piece by hand. Aside from
that, to ensure the freshness of meats, they also
do not use any machinery for processing, which
is the key in maintining the quality and flavor
