The Kanpai Bars YongKang branch has a small setting with only 32 seats inside. Its relaxing and easy-going atmosphere adds a personal touch for the guests. Whether you are here with a few friends or just want to unwind with drinks and enjoy the wonderful meat dishes here, Kanpai is a good choice. The president of Kanpai Soji Hiraide comments, " Kanpai Bar is a preacher for drinking and eating grilled meats!" The design of the dining bar allows customers and staff to have a great interaction with one another, gives the staff a chance to explain on how to choose the right type of drink to go with the meat dishes you are having. Kanpai is particular about the ingredients served to its patrons, so they insist on not using frozen beef at all. Instead, chefs wait until the meats are at proper room temperature, then handle them piece by piece by hand.
