T&H Bagel House

73, BaDe Rd, Sec 3
Closed 停業

The glass-walled, second-floor bakery at T&H Bagel House lets patrons watch the whole bagel-making process from start to finish. That way, customers can see they are getting the freshest handmade bagels every time they come in. The bakers at T&H combine flour, water, yeast and a small amount of salt to make the dough, which is then boiled with malt and baked to perfection. These breakfast treats aren't too bad for you, either--on average a 100g bagel is only 270 calories and is less than 5% fat. Apart from the usual bagel selection, T&H also serves creative flavors like coconut milk, kumquat, mocha (Japanese green tea), nuts, and mango. --By Josie Wu, translated by Ann Lee

A. Order the Energy Bagel Burger (NT$60) and a cup of coffee for the perfect afternoon snack combo. Or try one of T&H's homemade cheeses. Flavors include original, bacon, blueberry and cranberry, and they'll offer even more flavors soon.

B. The Combo Bagel Burger (NT$110) comes with cheese paste, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, sliced olives, Jalepeno peppers, and your choice of beef, turkey, ham, bacon or tuna. The average calorie count for these combos is 477.9.
