After opening their first location in the ZhongXiao area a little over 18 months ago, the North American owners of this burger and salad joint decided to open a second branch. The new outlet has an extremely comfortable atmosphere, making it the perfect place to kick back, relax and reminisce with friends. The menu also has over 50 different types of burgers and side dishes, resulting in over 300 combination possibilities. --By Scott Moses, translated by Ann Lee, photos by Andy Lin

A. The Hack Burger (NT$290) was born when Forkers' menu designer decided to take it upon himself to invent a burger without telling his clients. This practical joke ended up turning into the restaurant's most popular burger--a big, tasty combination of chicken, beef, bacon, and honey mustard sauce.

B. For those who want to get back to the basics, the All American Burger (NT$260) is the perfect choice. This delicious burger is kept simple with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, ketchup, mustard, and relish toppings.

ForkersC. The Cajun Chicken Salad (NT$190) is a great option if you are just not in the mood for a burger. This large salad includes all the basics and will not leave you looking for extra side dishes to fill up on. Its chicken has a nice spicy bite and the fried onions feature an original curry flavor.
