This month we have the honor of meeting Chef Anderson Lee. He has been cultivating his culinary skills for over 20 years and this months presents us with the opportunity to learn how to make the wonderful dish, Italian Style Lamb Chops. If you lack the willpower to try and make this tasty dish yourself, feel free to stop by Hotel Royal Taipei and head upstairs to Le Cafe. Asparagus (1 piece), Mushroom 30g, Tomato (half), Cheese (1 slice), Mustard, Bread Crumbs, Yellow and Red Peppers (1/4 each), Red Wine Sauce, and a single Lamb Chop.
1. Fry or barbecue Lamb chop for about 15 minutes and preheat the red wine sauce.
2. Spread desired amount of mustard on the Lamb chop, followed by a sprinkling of bread crumbs.
3. Arrange your asparagus, mushrooms, tomato with melted cheese, peppers, and desired amount of red wine sauce to create a tasty-looking presentation.
