This summer at Champagne I, you'll get to taste some delicious mango cocktails, made from the newly released Absolut Mango. Its mango flavor is distilled from real mango and no artificial syrup or flavor is added. At Champagne I, bartender William Wang, demonstrates how to make his A.M. cocktail (Apple & Mango, NT$260) as well as the White Choc Mangotini (NT$260), a delightfully-fruity mixed drink that's served in a martini glass.
Bartender: William Wang
Ingredients: 1 part Absolut Mango, 3 parts apple juice
Instructions: Mix ingredients together in a highball glass over ice. This simple, refreshing drink is great for summer and easy to make at home.
White Choc Mangotini
* 1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
* 1 oz. Amaretto
* 3 oz. Cranberry Juice
* 1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
* 1/2 Ring of Fresh Chopped Pineapple
* 1 Maraschino Cherry
* Ice Cubes
Instructions: Mix spirits and juices, shake and pour. Add ice to taste. Garnish with pineapple ring and maraschino cherry.
