Wan Chai Pier Dumplings introduces new flavors

In an effort to cater to Taiwanese dining habits, Wan Chai Pier Dumplings is introducing upgraded versions of its dumpling varieties, easily purchased at shops around town. The new Wan Chai Pier Dumplings are bigger and have more stuffing, with the juicy meat and other ingredients providing a solid texture. Dipping sauce flavors for the dumplings have also been upgraded. There are a total of six different dumpling varieties including some very creative ones, such as the Cabbage Pork Dumpling which now have soup stock added inside the skin to create a tasty "soup dumpling". The usual fresh shrimp and leeks dumplings now feature mushrooms, sliced bamboo shoots and carrots, with an interesting name, "Tri-Color Golden Money". These dumpling varieties are a great choice to add to your hot pot this winter and to be shared with friends.
