A. Icicoo is probably Taipei's trendiest crushed ice shop; the three owners, Audrey, Felix and Cecilia, went to great lengths to give their brand a chic image. Try the Ici-Mantin Mix (NT$95); it's made with concentrated rose juice. Cecilia had to travel all over Southeast Asia and sample dozens of ingredients before finding the most delectable flavors for the ice.
B. Made from strawberry, raspberry and blackberry juices, the Tripple Berry Treat (NT$130) is also topped with agar tapioca balls, konjac and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Or choose the Caribbean Cooler (NT$140), made with pina colada, pineapple, coconut slices and a dash of lime liquor. It's another popular order at Icicoo.
