The owner of Mona's Cafe is a dog lover--the establishment is named for his pet--who recognized that fellow dog owners always hope for a place where they can gather with other dog fans and their animals, and share their experiences. The restaurant's decor is dog-themed and creates a lovely atmosphere. Naturally, Mona's Cafe serves meals for both humans and their four-legged friends. For people, Mona's Cafe provides Taiwanese food and Italian food, such as Pork Hot Pot, Beef Pasta, and Mushroom Spaghetti. These dishes are priced from NT$150 to NT$220.
