On the corner of LinSen and LiouHu Roads lies a little restaurant offering an escape from the busy city that surrounds it. Appropriately named the Garden Restaurant, this place features a birdcage, a wooden gazebo and ample covered seating. And that's just outside. Inside there are comfortable semi-private booths and large windows that offer a view of the outside greenery. The Garden Restaurant offers an extensive menu, that includes everything from Hot Pots (from NT$210) and salads (from NT$120) to Curry dishes (from NT$145). Between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. they have a business lunch offer (from NT$145) and soon they plan to change their menu to offer even more. They also offer a large variety of drinks, including coffees (from NT$90), teas (from NT$80) and delicious crushed ice smoothies (from NT$110). Try the Banana-Strawberry (NT$120) for a real treat. Orders are placed by checking items on a printed menu and handing it to the friendly staff.
