David Shen's Steak & Seafood House, which used to be situated next to the Love River, has recently relocated to ShiJhong Road, complete with elegant wooden interior decor and the same friendly service. Only the best choice cuts of beef and top grade Australian beef is used here. There are the classic choices of Aussie Wagyu Sirloin Steak, Aussie Wagyu Fillet Steak and Aussie Wagyu T-Bone Steak. The restaurant also offers a French Cordon Bleu selection of non-steak dishes. French Prime Rack Lamb comes with fresh mint sauce. The Matsusaka Pork Tenderloin is marinated in French Truffle and Herb Sauce before it is roasted to perfection. There is also a good choice of seafood dishes such as the Pesto Lobster. They offer a set menu with a choice of main courses, including appetizer, Romaine Salad, Soup, Herb Bread, a French Style Vegetable side dish and dessert with coffee or tea. French Evian Mineral water is provided free of charge. The restaurant also has a great selection of red and white wines and champagne to accompany your meals. There are long tables, round tables, VIP rooms and semi-open style dining spaces on both floors for family gatherings or business meetings.
