Those familiar with the term "bottom's up" won't be surprised at this restaurant's uncompromising American cuisine and flavor-infused drinks. Modeled after quality US East Coast bar & grills, David, the owner, wanted Bottom's Up to feel like the kind of place he went to growing up back home. From the giant movie posters of nostalgic American cinema, to the relaxing, open atmosphere, Bottom's Up hits the mark. Wanting to keep his dishes genuine but still appealing to locals, David tested his menu on his Taiwanese wife Phoebe and her family--and they made some fine choices. His son-in-law, a top chef in the US, helped design such succulent items as the Georgia Pulled Pork Sandwich (NT$180) and BBQ Chicken Bon-Bons (NT$180). David uses no frozen foods and even hand picks and grinds his own beef.
