Located next to the famous Love River on HeSi Road, Easy House is a vegetarian restaurant with a Zen atmosphere. Originally established in Taichung, Easy House provides patrons with a relaxing and elegant dining experience unlike many other vegetarian restaurants. The dishes here are made with seasonal vegetables and grains, and prepared with cooking methods from Taiwan, Japan and Europe. There are about 20 diverse dishes that will remind you just how fantastic creative vegetarian cooking can be.

One popular house specialty is the Fried Truffle Rice, a dish made with Italian truffle sauce, asparagus, day lilies, and wild mushrooms. Other recommended dishes are Sichuan Tofu Casserole, Taiwanese Five-Colored Chestnut Fry, the Satay Pot, and the Chinese Angelica and Mushroom Pot. More exotically flavored dishes include the Rosemary Vegetable Pot, Thick Curry Vegetable Soup, and Creamy Vegetable Pot.

Besides the main course, the set meals also come with Fruit & Vegetable Energy Juice, Pot Soup, Japanese Salad, Cantonese-style desserts with fresh vegetables, and healthy Sibao Mixed Rice. Besides tasting great, every dish here looks great, too, as presentation is a major factor. During the winter, try their Milky Vegetable Hot Pot, made with Brazilian mushrooms and vegetables. You can also order set meals to go at Easy House, which makes for a convenient dinner option.
