This restaurant features Taiwan’s first all-you-can-eat wagyu beef hotpot. Diners can enjoy Japanese wagyu beef, Australian M9 wagyu beef, American Angus boneless beef, SRF black hair beef, Spanish Iberico pork, and Argentine red shrimp for NT$1,599 (120-minute dining time limit). For an extra NT$800, they can also savor other top-grade meats like epicurean favorites Japanese Miyazaki and Kumamoto’s black hair A5 wagyu beef. These fine, well-marbled varieties will cook as quickly as three seconds in a boiling hotpot, and the appetizing, savory beef melts in the mouth. Besides wagyu beef, juicy Hiroshima oysters, clams, Argentine red shrimp, corn, mushrooms and pumpkins are available.
