Ururu Coffee

This cozy, low-key shop is decorated with a homey, Nordic-style atmosphere and offers many single-origin pour-over coffees, plus flavored lattes, slushies, handmade desserts, roasted coffee beans, drip-bag coffee, and coffee-making equipment. A rear door accesses a green Japanese-style garden with adjacent coffee bean roasting area, allowing customers to savor a coffee and dessert outside in good weather. Popular single-origin pour-over choices include Ethiopian, Yirgacheffe, and Guo Ding Ding (NT$120), infused with unique layers of fruitiness with a refreshing finish. The Vanilla Latte (NT$90) has a smooth flavor with its refined foamed milk that feels less condensed. The aromatic sugary and acidic Rose Lemon Tart (NT$110) is prepared with a whole lemon and zest and topped with blueberry-flavored rose cream, while the Madeleine (NT$70) is crispy outside and soft inside, perfectly blending matcha fragrances and whipped cream. Seating is limited; to ensure quality, the cafe doesn’t accept groups of five or more customers.
