Formerly the Grand Formosa Hotel's Romana Restaurant Italiano, Night Square is still one of the city's best buffet eateries but has expanded significantly from its previous all-Italian selection. For dinner (there is no lunch), diners can now choose from fresh seafood options, from red snapper to oysters, for preparation by chefs in a variety of styles. The same goes for meat choices--such as beef fillet, porkloin, lamb chops and chicken. There are still great pasta bar and buffet selections for salad, desserts (including Haagen Dazs ice cream), hot dishes and appetizers. For an extra NT$280, there is also an all-you-can-drink wine selection. Dinner is NT$720 on week days and NT$790 on weekends. After 10:30 p.m., a late-supper buffet offers Taiwanese-style dining NT$350/person.
