VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
This classy restaurant is situated in a glassed-in building and
is located near to the "Green 18" Park. With a strong
European flavor restaurant and a relaxed setting, Manora allows
you to sample the best of French haute cuisine. Its chefs have many
years of five-star hotel kitchen experience and not only prepare
the best of Western food, but also provide the personal attention
by taking orders and making recommendations. At lunch, you can choose
from a salad bar with over five different selections, including
fresh tomatoes, Caesar salad and fresh taro. Special recommendations
among main courses are the US Rib-Eye Steak with Horseradish Sauce
(NT$380); the meat is tender and juicy, topped with natural spices
to bring you the original flavors. Creamy Duck Leg (NT$380), using
over 10 spices, is slow cooked over eight hours until the duck skin
is crispy and the meat is tender with mouth-watering aromas. Truffle
Risotto (NT$200), a specially-prepared French dish is made from
the Italian pasta, baked with cheese and truffle juice to give it
that chewy, creamy risotto texture. The restaurant also offers late-night
snacks after 9 p.m. You can relax, order side dishes, and drink
Tahitian fruit punch and Manora's other tropical specialty cocktails.
