         La Mode provides very upscale ambiance for its semi-buffet meals. Diners can pick from one of about six filling main courses, which change every month and range from NT$490 to NT$620 for lunch (11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.) and NT$560 to NT$660 for dinner (6-9:30 p.m.). These all come with soup, dessert/fruit and coffee/tea, plus a buffet of appetizers, salads and desserts, including Haagen Dazs ice cream. The buffet may also be ordered alone for NT$420/lunch or NT$460/dinner. The afternoon tea time (2:30-5 p.m.) is NT$420/weekdays and NT$450/weekends and, in March, will include special items like the Middle Eastern "shawerma" pockets filled with meat and vegetables.
