"A-ba Recipe" provides private home cooked dishes that are a mixed of Taiwanese, Szechwan, and Hakka dishes. It focuses on the current healthy motif of less oil and salt without skimping on the flavor, plus its low-price policy (dish prices come in only three prices: NT$99, NT$130, and NT$160) makes it popular with many office workers and small families. It insists on the use of quality ingredients; everything is bought fresh for the day and meticulously prepared. Great techniques are evident in dishes such as Hakka Delight, and Dry Cooked Intestine. The service is also superb. The principle of "customer is always right" is fully adhered. They have such confidence in their dishes that customers who don't like their dishes don't have to pay. It is also their goal to provide their best to the customers. – By Tammy Huang
