Decorated
with vintage cars and red the main color, the restaurant speaks
of passion everywhere. The owner is a Canadian, who decided
to open his own restaurant to satiate his nostalgia for his
hometown foods as well as to introduce his native food culture
to the Taiwan public. The place offers American sandwiches,
salads, and pasta. Thought limited in selection, each dish
is authentic and tasty. Over 20 different special dressings
are available, like lemon and orange vinegar, to transform
simple salads into tasty meals. Sandwiches too come with great
seasoning: honey mustard, pickle mustard, and radishes. The
white cream based pasta comes in substantial portion with
a rich, creamy flavor. Dish prices range from NT$88-180 with
many different teas and daily special to choose from. –
