The owner Hua came from a small town by the sea called Herliao in YunLin. All his relatives are fishermen, so he's followed the path. Being a fisherman, he knows the best quality of seafood and the restaurant uses only the best. All the ingredients come from his hometown, so he has to drive back and forth everyday for the freshest seafood. Steam crabs, and the shrimps are cooked without and spices or dips. So the customers can taste the tenderness and the freshness. The oyster with mustard garlic dip is a fantastic dish.
