As the sun sets, West Line Seafood Restaurant has everything
ready on the shelves. Different kinds of seafood under the
lights created a perfect image. The owner Hua is welcoming
the customers with his friendly laughter. Have all your buddies
sitting around the round table to have the fresh cooked seafood
with couple beers. This is definitely one of the best Taiwanese
culture experiences.
The owner Hua came from a small town by the sea called Herliao
in YunLin. All his relatives are fishermen, so he's followed
the path. Being a fisherman, he knows the best quality of
seafood and the restaurant uses only the best. All the ingredients
come from his hometown, so he has to drive back and forth
everyday for the freshest seafood. Steam crabs, and the shrimps
are cooked without and spices or dips. So the customers can
taste the tenderness and the freshness. The oyster with mustard
garlic dip is a fantastic dish. Moreover, the steamed fish,
fried mushrooms, pumpkin rice noodles, etc. You can be in
heaven in a second.
