Eden Social Welfare Foundation aims to help mentally and physically challenged children live a better life. For Mother's Day, these children have created a Green Apple Paradise Cake that tastes a little sweet and a little sour, with a very fine, soft texture. Six-inch cakes are NT$320, eight-inch ones are NT$500, and 10-inch ones are NT$500. The log-shaped Chocolate Truffle Cake (NT$200) is infused with condensed truffle sauce and tastes of smooth soft chocolate. You can also choose the Healthy Black Bean Cheese Cake (NT$150), Rich Cheese Cake (6-inch NT$200), or Angel Heart Chocolate Gift Box (NT$150 for 8 pcs.) containing chocolate-covered almonds. All these excellent gifts are made by these less-fortunate but happy children at this cake workshop, and are wonderful, meaningful presents for Mother's Day.
