Anais is a small but elegantly eye-catching
restaurant situated on WuChang Street. This establishment
is the brainchild of a gorgeous young lady who has formal
chef's training, ensuring the high-quality cuisine here. Meals
are mostly offered set menus. The NT$360 set menus come with
a choice of Bacon and Ribs Wrapped in Cheese, Pan-Fried Deep
Sea Salmon, Pan-Fried Roasted Lamb Chops, or Roasted Fragrant
Wild Duck's Leg. The NT$520 set menus include a choice of
French-Style Roasted Spring Chicken, Prawn and Seafood Platter,
or Pan-Fried Wild Duck's Breast. NT$250 pasta dishes include
Seafood Pasta in Tomato Sauce, Fresh Shrimp and Asparagus
in Cream Sauce, Stir Fried Clams with Pasta, and Vegetarian
Mushroom Pasta. Set menus include soup, bread, salad, dessert
and a drink. There is an emphasis on natural ingredients and
eating these dishes with the carefully-prepared sauces not
only adds to the experience but also makes you appreciate
ingredients' original flavors more. The ceiling-to-floor windows,
chandeliers and purple-and-white color schemes add to this
restaurant's comfortable European air. |
