Soft lighting, a bar and walls made from wood
and bricks all add to this restaurant's warm atmosphere. The
curries here are made with authentic Japanese-style recipes,
using a unique, proprietary combination of spices, rich ingredients
and a soup base that is slow-cooked for 12 hours. No artificial
colors or flavoring are used in the process, either. The most
popular house favorite is the Curry Fried Pork Cutlet with
Rice. Specially-selected pork is marinated for over 24 hours,
then covered in breadcrumbs, egg and flour before being deep-fried
to a golden color. This delicious combination of juicy meat
and a crispy outer layer makes it a double pleasure. The Beef
Curry with Noodles is prepared with specially-selected natural
herbs used for marinating top-grade Australian beef tendons.
Handmade noodles, carrots and potatoes complete this delicious,
trendy dish. Set meals are priced between NT$200 and NT$300,
while a la carte orders are between NT$100 and NT$200. |
