Located on a small city alley, Think & Enjoy Restaurant offers a variety of fish cuisine that is made fresh from ingredients delivered daily. The owner, Mr. Xiong, is a former travel agent and fish lover. He wanted a place where people could go and enjoy best-quality fish dishes at affordable prices. The ingredients used to make the seafood here are all natural--even the fish balls are made from scratch. Some popular dishes include Mexican Pork Strips (NT$120), Braised Fish Stomach (醬燒鮮魚肚NT$130), Noodles with Soy Bean Paste (五行酢醬麵NT$60), and Bean Curd Slices (涼拌干絲NT$35). --By Niang Chen, translated by Ann Lee

A. The Fish Combo & Seafood Soup (noodles) (NT$60, NT$80) is loaded with ingredients like fish stomach, fish meat, fish balls, fish skin and clams.

B. The boneless, tender Fried Fish Meal (鮮魚酥NT$50, NT$120/set), is made with a special cut of meat from the fish's back.
