Fuya is a well-designed restaurant near the Art Museum Parkway and People's Park. With big, French windows and grand surroundings, the restaurant has a sleek, fashionable look to it. For dinner, customers can get a set meal (NT$800-1,400), which includes a main course, salad, soup, dessert and fresh fruit dish.
The Tomato Mozzarella and Crab salads are quite good, as is the Caesar Salad, which is topped with homemade dressing. Besides soups like Italian Tomato Beef and Cream of Mushroom, which come with a set meal, you can also try the creamy Chicken Soup with Brazilian Mushrooms (NT$100) or the Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Soup (NT$300) for a little bit extra. Popular main course choices include Red Snapper with Capers (NT$800), Grilled Spring Chicken with Rosemary, and Boneless Beef Ribs with Garlic. Excellent dishes like Beef and Red Wine Casserole (NT$1,000/set), Grilled Lamb Chops with Thyme (NT$1,200/set), and Grilled Rib Eye (NT$1,400/set) will have you mouth watering in no time. For the set meal price, you also get a dessert and fresh fruit dish with your main meal. All ingredients are adjusted according to seasonal changes.

Besides great food, Fuya has a wine cellar that showcases a good range of whites and reds; you can also order a glass of whiskey to savor with your meal. Whether you decide to dine here or not, you can explore their range of wines from around the world for as little as NT$300/bottle.

Currently, Fuya is promoting their business lunch sets. For NT$290, you can get a sumptuous meal made with ingredients that are hand-picked by the chef. Menu choices change daily, so there's always a new surprise. Don't forget that if you would like to order their lunch meal set, you must call in to reserve one day in advance.
