In an effort to honor his father and grandfather, Chen Chun-hao has opened a Taiwanese restaurant whose name is a combination of the two men's names. Although he doesn't have a professional culinary background, Chen has inspired his kitchen team to think outside of the box and offers delicious dishes prepared in a wood-fired cooking stove, including various grilled and stir-fried entrees. --By Niang Chen, translated by Angel Pu
