Owner Sedona Tseng ran a Tex-Mex eatery in Taoyuan for three years but, preferring Taichung's sunnier weather, moved south to open this place. She offers a good range of authentic, tasty and low-priced Tex-Mex fare, all made with imported American seasonings. Other items include four Healthy Chicken Rice Combos (NT$80), NT$130 sandwiches, crispy finger foods, beers (NT$120-150) and NT$150 Margaritas. --By Douglas Habecker, translated by Angel Pu
