Taichung Steak House invested NT$150 million to create this 1,700-ping, 600-seat buffet restaurant, offering upscale ambiance and mid-range prices. Overseen by well-known Xiamen five-star hotel executive chef Shen Guang-hua, Happiness Menu has seven buffet stations for roasted dishes, Japanese cuisine, Chinese fried dishes, international cuisine, teppanyaki, salad and fruit, drinks, ice cream and other desserts. They also invested several hundreds of millions of NT dollars in high-end pizza ovens, which are staffed by professional chefs.
