As its name indicates, Fresco is a multi-faceted destination--not only a great nightspot with indoor/outdoor lounge-style seating, full bar, DJs and live music, but also a restaurant with a creative menu of mostly-Western entrees (NT$250-400), from omelettes to pasta. A variety of beers, including Heineken (NT$200, buy-3-get-1-free), cocktails and other spirits are sold. B. The American Platter (NT$1,000) is a hearty group order that includes thick shrimp cakes, teriyaki pork, German pig's feet, spicy buffalo wings, sauerkraut and dipping sauces. Another special, and uniquely-tasty, offering is the Fried Soft Shell Crab Burger (NT$350), topped with a tartar sauce.
