A. Hot Pots (vegetable NT$380, non-veg NT$580) use a tomato and vegetable based broth and include plates of plentiful organic, in-season vegetables such as purple corn, eggplants, and Okinawan and Malabar spinach. Extras include an energy soup, starters and tri-colored rice. The meat in the non-veg pot is healthy pork slices and grass carp cultivated in a non-toxic environment. These can be dipped in pumpkin seed oil or a fragrant homemade sauce.
